The Dilbert Principle

If you’ve been on the internet long enough, you know who he is.

Scott Adams, he created the famous Dilbert comic strips we can all relate to.

I think at this point it’s safe to assume i’m a huge Scott fan. Having read most of his comic strips and having read 2 of his books, I think that is a safe assumption.

Reading this book, which is mostly satirical yet true, is an interesting eye opener and a collection of mischievous tips if you work in a bureaucratic work place. Now i’m not advising you go around executing the mischief laid out in this book, but its a great eye opening that can prepare you for the execution of these mischiefs by your co-workers.

As a software engineer transitioning into C-level and lead roles, reading this book as been an eye opening into so many workplace events i had previously overlooked.
